The Sixteen Year Old High School Graduate of '10!!!

This is just one of Mandy's many, many senior pictures! Though, many of them turned out great, Mandy didn't get full satisfaction from her photos. This is mainly because she was not aloud to use all of her ideas in her pictures. Her heart is broken, and no one seems to understand. So, Mandy figured she'd get it off her chest on here. Crazy me .. Being Crazy!!

   Hey everyone! Mandii here =) I'm sorry that I haven't been on much, but everything has been SO super crazy lately! Graduation is coming up, and I just started my LAST senior subject today! :) How exciting, right?! <3 And as most of you know, I am in several dance classes, but some of you may not know that I have also been teaching dance too.

   Every Sunday I teach whoever missed classes from 1:00 - 4:00, and I have just been asked to choreograph dances for my church's Children's Program for every Sunday. Which is a lot of fun because it kind of has a Hip-Hop vibe to it = ] We practiced on Sunday from 11:00 - 12:30, and are having another practice on Saturday from 3:00 'till who knows when. Me and my friends Lexii and Miyah are the head choreographers. We get to work with some awesome little kids, so it's great :)

   I am going to finish 12th grade before 11th! I'd like 12th done before the end of April, and my 11th grade year ends on the 21st of May. I may also be attending my prom! Not sure, but I'll let you all know :)

   I am getting an ad in my dance program this year, my very first one! And I am so excited = D

   Fine Arts = ) Lexii and I have been practicing together on Mondays and Fridays at this awesome lodge, it's huge and PERFECT for us to practice! :) I am working with some new choreography in both of the dances, to advance them and bring them to a whole new height of maturity. I think it'll be great! That's coming up in August!

   I believe that my graduation party is going to be sometime in July =) And my actual graduation is on the 12th of June and my church is going to have their annual graduation ceremony sometime in June too.

   I have to get my senior photos taken soon!! = D It's rather exciting! I have SO much more to say, because there is SO much that I've been up to lately! BUT, now I must go and do homework and write essays!! Fun, fun! I am about to pull my second all-nighter of the week! I have a busy day today, and it's only just begun. Miss Mandii Leigh aka "lovable meadow"

Mandii has recently posted a blog where fans are able to click on a website to look up the meaning of their names. She announced the meaning of not only her first name, but her middle name too. Mandii means, "worthy of love, or lovable" and Leigh, meaning, "meadow, or peaceful meadow". One of her new nicknames being, "lovable meadow".

This sixteen year old dancer/actress/singer-songwriter/author/poet/comedian/volunteer is always on the go now a days! She volunteers in her church's toddler program and children's ministry and at her dance studio teaching girls who miss class, is writing a book and tons of songs, dances ten hours a week, attends a life group every week, is currently entered in five categories in the National Youth Fine Arts Competition and is moving onto the second level of competition, she has Fine Arts practice every Sunday afternoon all afternoon after she has dance right after church from 1 - 3ish, she is doubling grades for the third time and will be a graduate of 2010, and she has just announced that she would like to publish a book of poetry! I have a feeling that she's never going to stop : )

Big steps in my life....

I am sixteen now and have some major steps coming up in my life. Some of which I am already facing. One of the larger steps that I must take next year, is graduating from high school and deciding what to do next. Another one is deciding when and when I can go to visit Sammy in Brazil. I have to get my driver's licence. I am already facing seven hours a week of dance lessons, play practices, writing songs every day. I am going to face learning how to play the guitar and read music. I am facing the process of writing my second book. & there are so many other challenges that I have to face these next few years.... The list is endless. But so are my hopes and dreams and ambitions. I am going to have to face applying for colleges and getting my senior photos done. I am going to have to face growing up and doing things all on my own. I am so excited to be headed towards a whole new stage in my life and I hope that you'll tag along with me and enjoy the ride. ~Mandii

Mandii is now sixteen years old!! = ) That's right! As of 3:04 pm, 10-28-09 Miss Mandii is sixteen!! ♥ ♥ She is super stoked to be able to spend another year with you guys! There is so much going on in her life right now, and she loves that she can count on all of you to join her in her wonderful expericences that sixteen will bring her, just as those of fourteen and fifteen!! ( :

A 15 year old, Junior in high school..♥

There is much to be said about this 15 year old dancer/actress/ lyricist/comedian/author/model. She's a junior in high school(she should be a sophomore but she doubled grades 7 & 8 at age 12), has been dancing and writing songs for 8 years, modeling since birth, writing since she could hold a pencil, co-wrote her very first book at the age of 12, has been singing since age 6, been in humanvideos since she was 8, acted in many different plays since grade school, has recieved both her bronze and silver medals in her church's missionette program and plans to go for the gold, has straight A's and B's in school, Has been homeschooled since the 3rd grade, Was on the honor role every year from preschool to second grade when she left school, she is a little sister and a big sister to two brothers (she is the middle child), her birthday is October 28th (she will be 16 THIS MONTH!), she fell in love with her best friend, Sam and is currently dating him, she has written hundreds of songs, is writing her second book & a mini story series, Mandii also likes to volunteer locally, Mandii is a penocastal christian and a firm believer in God, Mandii is a very dedicated person, and loves to keep her promises. What a chick, right? ♥ = ) write Mandii! ♥

Just started the school year? Don't sweat it!!

Did you just re enter the wonders of junior high or high school? Don't sweat it! So did Mandii. She's not letting all the homework, teachers, pressure, and parents keep her from having a good time! Keep checking back here at Mandiigirl to learn some fun ways to still have fun during the school year! If we're forced to go to school for about 14 years of our lives, we mine as well make the best of it! So when you're in school this year, be positive! :-] ♥ ♥

Summer is here!! So, celebrate with Mandii!! ♥

        Hey everyone! Summer is officially here for me!!! & I hope that it's here for you also! But, if not, it'll come!! {: :) I am so stoked that I passed with all A's this year! :D How does your report card look this year? Tell me!! {:

        This Summer is going to be my busiest ever!! & I am sooo excited! As many to all of you know, I have proceeded on to the third and final level in the youth Fine Arts Competiton for my worship dance. Well, I will be redoing some of my cheography along with my dance teacher. The competiton is in August, and is in Orlando, Florida! So, wish me luck! ♥

        I am kicking off this Summer with my dance recital! {: I am in 6 dances this year; Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Pointe, Hip-Hop, and Modern! :] I have dance normally, on Thursdays and Saturdays for 3 1/2 hours on Thursdays and 3 hours on Saturdays. Well, now I have my normal Thursdays, Saturdays for 4 1/2 hours, Mondays for 2 hours, and some more extra rehearsals that I'm not sure of yet! But I know that they're coming! {: & my recital is less than a month away! Wish me loottsss of luck!

Mandy has entered in her latest competition....The Assemblies of God Natinal Youth's Distict Fine Arts! Mandy has entered in the categories of "Solo Worship Dance" and "Small Group Humanvideo". The contest is on February 21st 2009. Pray for Mandy allllll day! Her and her friends realllyy want to make it. It would mean more than anything else in the world!!
